Durochlor Additive

Our new Durochlor additive has allowed customers to plate up to 80% faster with better quality and lower overall cost.

The Durochlor allows higher current density, which equals more speed. The other effect of this high performance additive is even higher quality.

By using our new additive, customers can paper-polish the plated copper, saving cost of stones. Saving time and reducing waste.

Durochlor can also be measured for content within the bath. Now you can truly control and predict the plating process.

In-House Plating and Cylinder Department

We can repair and/or resize packaging and publication cylinders.
We currently have 3 full immersion tanks and a 50% immersion tank. All cylinders are struck with Alkaline Copper Plating, creating a superior base buildup process. Cylinders are finished with our CFM.

Our plating department can handle your base buildups, resizing and in-house testing of advanced plating and finishing processes.
